Steam Duct

Fabrication of a Y-piece for an existing steam duct to facilitate a branch off at a gas compression plant. The fabrication had to be done in a very tight time schedule governed by the gas plant outage. In close cooperation with the customer a planning, risk assessment was done. The fabrication was completed, after working 24/7, within 3 weeks, on schedule. Fabrication included NDT, vacuum testing, final customer inspection and coating.
